Returns

◆ As long as the product is not damaged due to human error, we offer a refund for any reason within 30 days of receiving the product. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If more than 30 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return for Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at pretant9@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

Return Process: Please contact us via email before returning an item to request a return address. Email: pretant9@gmail.com

Refund Restrictions: We cannot issue a refund in the following cases:

  1. If the product is sent to the wrong return address (including returning it directly to the place of shipment without contacting us first).

  2. If the return is sent using a cash-on-delivery method.

 


Refunds 

◆ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 business days.

◆ You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you return for exchange, we will ship the item you want after receiving your returned product.The exchange time may vary depending on where you live.If you are shipping an item over $75, you’d better choosing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not refund you if we can not receive your returned item.

◆ Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

◆ Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank.
